Masterplan for a Nautic City, Tunesia
Several high-tech and low-cost-production shipyards, boatbuilding companies and a public area should be settled.
The aim of the Masterplan / General Project Plan was the development of a basic layout for the settlement of several high-tech and low-cost-production shipyards, boatbuilding, subcontractor and service companies as well as the intergration of a public area with housing construction, harbour promenade and shopping- / Restaurants and Catering business. Following technical plants were designed in line with the infrastructural planning:
- Harbour basin / marina, inclusive a promenade
- high-tech and low-cost-production shipyards
- Roads and ancilliary equipment, including drainage and green area
- Draining of sewage and rain water
- Supply of drinking and quench water
- Energy supply
- Solar energy plant
- Wind power station
The rough cost estimation is the basic for cost-benefit-analysis.
