Construction of sea dyke
This project involved the planning and design work for the construction of a new flood protection embankment (approx. 2.2 km long) and a new sea dyke (section of length 2.8 km). The total length of the sea dyke is approximately 10 km. The structures were designed with reference to the applicable geotechnical report, with dyke defence and agricultural pathways, a cycle path and nine paved crossings incorporated. The existing ditch system was also modified.
