The project is on the land plot H3-LC (merged by plots: H3-NT1, H3 –TH1 and H3-TH2) in the Centre of Tay Ho Tay New Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, with the urban parameter:

  • Site area: 20,859.7 m2;
  • Construction area: 8,344 m2;
  • Land area for gardening and planting trees: 12,515.7 m2;
  • Construction density: 40%; Ratio: 1.91
  • GFA: 39,968 m2.
  • Building height: 05 floors and 01 att; 01 basement 

The project includes 03 main blocks: 

  • Classrooms blocks 
  • Multi-functional block (canteen, library, gymnasium)
  • Admin block (swimming pool, meeting hall, administration)

These blocks are connected by a system of bridge corridors. It will be at this time the largest school building in Hanoi for more than 3000 students in 180 classrooms. Inros Lackner Vietnam was commissioned by Edufit/Toshin to design the whole structural and MEP system. The Architectural design has been developed by 1+1>2 Architects.
