German International School

The idea to establish a German International School was born between DETECH Corporation as the investor and SBH (Stiftung fuer Bildung und Handwerk) as the operator. The school is designed as a compartment school from grade 1-12 with an extra kindergarten for 500 children and students. An extensive sport field next to the compound was integrated. Together with Detech and SBH, Inros Lackner Vietnam developed the space program, the functional and spatial layout and established - based on an architectural concept design - a feasibility study according the latest educational concepts from Germany.
An ensemble of 4 buildings was arranged around an inner courtyard. Green terraces and many small and medium seize open spaces were cut from the geometric building volume to create shaded and pleasant areas for the children and students to play and learn.
