Detech Tower

The headquarters of Detech includes a group of connected towers for a family business including the original building located in a thriving up-and-coming part of Hanoi, the My Dinh district. LAVA's competition winning design interpreted the different business branches of Detech [from environmental projects to motorcycles to biotechnology] as a group of buildings of different appearance and size, yet all connected, like the business itself. Importantly the ‘oldest family member’, the original Detech Tower, is incorporated into the design as the founding place of the company. LAVA together with Inros Lackner has assembled an international team of experts to design the state-of-the-art large scale complex. Inros Lackner is leading the multi-disciplinary design deam to establish all design phases.
