The building is reserved for timeshare vacation ownership model. Right from the first ideas, are Time (short term but long life memories) and Share (share but individualize). Therefore, on the overall plan, we have shown 12 blocks representing 12 Months a year and 12 zodiac signs. The Timeshare clock always reminds people of every moment, time to share loving moments. We also focus on modularizing building blocks to achieve the criteria of construction as well as high economic efficiency.
The façade solution is based on the idea of a Vietnamese fairy tale, the story "Bamboo with hundred burning trees" is very suitable for a sustainable and ecological facade. With modules like "carving in and out" the bamboo trunks are stick together to create a unique feature of Vietnamese culture.
