Service and trade center is located in the North-Eastern part of Minsk, at the intersection of Minsk belt highway and Timirjazeva str. The building comprises of precast reinforced concrete frame with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and floors. On the first three floors are placed retail outlets, foodservice facilities and public utility enterprises. Parking area is located from the 4th to 6th floor as well as on the roof with a total capacity of 800 cars.
